Dallas-Fort Worth is number three on the Top 10 List of markets to watch in 2023. We’re one of two Texas areas on the list.

Will home prices drop in Texas in 2023? How much a home costs is more than the price tag. Your mortgage rate has a big effect on how much you will pay for your home. This infographic provides 2 important pieces of information. Not only does it tell you what interest rates have looked like historically, it also shows how that interest rate effects the affordability of a $400,000 home. Different buyers will pay a different amount for the same home because many factors effect an individual’s interest rate such as: how much debt you have, your credit score, the amount of your down payment, and the loan term you choose.
